A highly accomplished professional dedicated to advancing STEM education and training. Currently the Academic Coordinator designing MS programs at the University of California, Riverside, Jyothi brings expertise, passion, and innovation to her work.
Previously, as a Program Coordinator for an NSF-funded Ph.D. training program at Michigan State University, Jyothi developed groundbreaking initiatives in graduate curriculum development. She leverages a data-driven approach to address graduate students’ needs and promote interdisciplinary training, equipping students for careers in academia, industry, and government.
Jyothi’s dedication extends beyond her roles; she has authored a key document outlining critical skills for program coordinators, volunteered actively in the NRT community, and co-chaired a nationwide group of program coordinators.
With a Ph.D. in Agronomy from the University of Nebraska, USA, and Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Biotechnology from Bangalore University, India, Jyothi combines academic excellence with a commitment to mentoring and advocacy.
